Brioche in a Tart

Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 25 g sugar
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 120 g eggs
  • 125 g cold butter flakes
  • 4 g salt
  • 10 Piece HUG Mini Snack-Tartelettes Filigrano Butter Square 3.3 cm

Preparations

  • Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Gradually add the eggs and butter pieces.
  • Let the mixture knead until the dough is smooth.
  • Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Form 20 g balls and place them into the tarts.
  • Let rise again briefly.
  • Brush with egg yolk.
  • Bake at 170°C / 15 minutes.
