From October 2026, we are expanding our frozen product range with the Salmon & Spinach Roulade – a new time-saving solution for your foodservice business. No more time-consuming preparation: simply defrost, portion and serve with style. This premium roulade consists of a delicate spinach crêpe filled with a creamy fresh cheese filling and smoked wild salmon. It is highly versatile and can be served as an amuse-bouche, appetiser, starter, standing lunch or main course.
