Potato and Cream Cheese Quiche Tarts

Ingredients

  • 50 g mashed potatoes
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • 1 g garlic, peeled
  • 3 g egg yolks
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 g breakfast bacon
  • 2 g parsley
  • 10 Piece HUG Mini Universal Tartelettes round 3.8 cm

Preparations

  • Mix together the mashed potatoes and cream cheese. Press the garlic into the potato mixture.
  • Stir in the egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the Tartelettes and bake in the oven at approx. 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
  • Chop the bacon and fry until crisp without fat. Chop the parsley finely and add. Spread into the lukewarm Tartelettes.
