Lukewarm chocolate Tarts

Lukewarm chocolate Tarts

Ingredients

  • 35 g couverture chocolate, dark
  • 40 g butter
  • 50 g whole egg
  • 30 g sugar
  • 0.1 g salt
  • 15 g flour
  • 10 Piece HUG Choco Tartelettes Classic 5cm

Preparations

  • Melt the couverture chocolate and butter in a pan.
  • Stir together the whole egg, sugar and salt.
  • Mix the flour into the whole egg and sugar mixture. Fold in the couverture chocolate.
  • Spread the mixture over the base of the Tartelettes.
  • Bake at 170°C for 5-7 minutes.

Serving suggestion

  • Powdered sugar
