Mango Mousse

Ingredients

  • 30 g sugar
  • 310 g Qimiq Whip
  • 190 g mango pulp
  • 38 g passion fruit juice
  • 10 Piece HUG Dessert-Tartelettes Filigrano Butter Round 8.3 cm

Preparations

  • Whip the sugar with the Qimiq to the desired volume.
  • Stir in the mango pulp and passion fruit juice.
  • Spread part of the mixture into the tartelettes and smooth down.
  • Dress the rest of the mousse onto the tartelettes with a spaghetti spout.
