Tarts with Tuna Tartar

Ingredients

  • 90 g tuna, sushi quality
  • 15 g dried tomatoes
  • 15 g olives, black
  • 3 g herbs e.g. basil, chives
  • 8 g olive oil, cold pressed
  • 2 g organic lemon, grated
  • salt, pepper
  • 7 g small rocket leaves
  • 10 Piece HUG Mini Snack Tartelettes olives-rosemary 4.2 cm

Preparations

  • Cut the tuna into small cubes.
  • Chop the tomatoes, olives and herbs finely and add.
  • Mix with the olive oil and grated lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange a few leaves of rocket on the Tartelettes. Spread the tartar into the Tartelettes.

Serving suggestion

  • Vegetable chips
